Jhoshua Quichiz Sagarvinaga was arrested this week and charged following an investigation into inappropriate communications between an adult and a minor, according to the Leesburg Police Department on Friday.
According to investigators, on Wednesday, June 26, the agency was tipped off about Sagarvinaga's activities online involving a minor, leading to his arrest.
The Leesburg resident was charged with solicitation of child pornography and use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
He's being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
